How to delete your bigbaazi account.
A short guide to deleting your bigbaazi account. The standard verification path, what happens to your wallet balance, and what the published retention period is for your data.
The standard deletion path.
- Withdraw any remaining wallet balance to a verified bank account or UPI ID.
- Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm the mobile number registered to your KYC.
- Confirm the deletion request.
- Wait for the confirmation email, which contains a reference number.
What happens to your data.
The published retention period applies to your account data after deletion. The standard retention period for KYC records is the minimum required by Indian tax and anti-money-laundering regulations; gameplay history is retained for the same period in anonymised form.
After the retention period, your account record is permanently deleted.
If the self-service path fails.
If the self-service deletion path fails, escalate through customer care. The escalation chain is on the customer-care page. Always keep the reference number from the confirmation email — it is the only way to prove the deletion request was made.
